Mehmoona Usman is a dynamic entrepreneur, a dedicated pharmacist, and an accomplished clinical leader with extensive experience in primary care. She has not only led crucial PCN and GP federation services but has also proven her ability to build high-performing teams from scratch, fostering environments of collaboration and excellence. Her commitment to holistic well-being was further demonstrated in her role as a wellbeing and resilience lead.
Currently advancing her expertise, Mehmoona is studying for her CMI Level 7 in Strategy and Leadership. This ongoing dedication underscores her commitment to thoughtful, strategic leadership that bridges the gap between clinical practice and effective management. Her unique qualification stems from having truly “lived” the challenges her audience faces; she has personally navigated complex healthcare systems, built teams under immense pressure, and managed issues of burnout and resilience within the demanding healthcare landscape.
Mehmoona’s dual perspective, combining deep clinical expertise with a passion for strategic leadership development, makes her uniquely suited to guide others.
